Photobaby (Foto Baby EOOD) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Bulgarian law. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect
When you place an order we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and selected delivery office. When you create an account we additionally store your password (hashed) and saved addresses. We temporarily store photos you upload for production purposes. For unpaid bank-transfer orders, uploaded photos are automatically deleted 7 days after the order if payment is not confirmed. Once payment is confirmed (or for cash-on-delivery orders), photos are retained for fulfilment and are not auto-deleted on a finalisation timer. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. This may set analytics cookies (such as _ga, _gid) on your device.

Data retention
Order data is kept for 5 years for accounting and legal purposes. Uploaded photos for unpaid bank-transfer orders are purged 7 days after the order if payment is not confirmed; after payment confirmation (and for cash-on-delivery orders) photos are retained for production. Account data is kept until you request deletion. Analytics cookie data follows Google Analytics retention settings (typically up to 14 months for event data).
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
