Payment methods
Cash on delivery — pay the full order total (products + shipping) when you receive the finished items from the courier. Bank transfer — prepay the order total to our bank account; the parcel is sent after payment is received. All prices are in euros (EUR).

Larger orders may require an advance bank transfer, agreed in advance. • Bank transfer — useful when you want a gift delivered directly to the recipient without COD. Production/shipping starts after payment is received.

Cash on delivery
For COD orders, payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery. No upfront payment is required. Production begins immediately after order confirmation.
Prices and currency
All prices on the site are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Courier delivery (Speedy or Econt) is quoted at checkout — approximate for standard packaging — and is included in the order total. Final shipping may vary with actual parcel size. Store pickup is free.
Order cancellation
Because our products are custom-made from your photos, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you need to change details, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
